Add NearHero to your home screen

Open nearhero.com in the phone’s browser, then save it like an app. An iPhone will not let a website open the Add to Home Screen window for you. You tap it yourself.

iPhone

  1. Open nearhero.com in Safari. Chrome on an iPhone will not add it.
  2. Tap the Share button at the bottom of Safari.
  3. Scroll the share sheet and tap Add to Home Screen.
  4. Tap Add. The NearHero icon shows up with your other apps.

Android

  1. Open nearhero.com in Chrome.
  2. Tap the three dots in the top corner.
  3. Tap Install app, or Add to Home screen.
  4. Confirm. Open NearHero from the icon next time.

After that, the icon opens the site without the browser address bar. You stay signed in the same way you do in the browser.
